TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Death or Glory Members Club card is issued by and remains the property of Boogie & Co Pty Ltd, ABN 89 679 786 386.
Application for, and/or use of your Members Club card, is deemed acceptance of the Members Club Terms & Conditions.
Sign-up is open to all Australian residents and visitors who are 18 years and older.
New members can sign up via online application available at www.deathorglory.com.au/members-club
All mandatory details must be completed to submit application
Once submitted, a Members Club card will be issued and requires the new member to collect it in person from the venue and pay the sign-up fee (please allow up to 24 hours in the event of applications received during peak trade periods).
Earning and redeeming loyalty points and benefits are valid on food and beverage only.
To earn and /or redeem loyalty points, members must present their Members Club card to staff at point of sale when ordering. Staff will NOT be able to process points without your card and will not be able to award points after the sale is completed.
Members Club loyalty points cannot be earnt or redeemed on orders placed through Me&u ordering platform.
Sign-up fee is $5 and is to be paid in-venue at the bar when collecting your member card.
Members Club cards are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The member who signed up to receive the card is the only person entitled to use the card.
Lost cards must be reported immediately. To report email management@deathorglory.com.au
Loyalty points are not available to be earnt or redeemed on the below items and services:
Purchase price of tickets for ticketed functions or events
Prepaid food or beverage packages
Prepaid bar tabs
Equipment hire etc
Gift cards/vouchers
Merchandise
When redeeming points
By becoming a member of the Death or Glory Members Club, the card recipient agrees and acknowledges they will be entered into Death or Glory’s databases and will receive promotional material such as exclusive member offers, promotions, events and invitations.
Communications will be sent via email and/or SMS to the details provided at time of sign up.
It is the member’s responsibility to keep contact details associated with their Members Club card up to date. No responsibility will be taken for missed offers and/or promotions. Members can update their details by emailing management@deathorglory.com.au
Members Club loyalty points may, at Death or Glory’s discretion, expire or be cancelled.
Death or Glory reserves the right to accept or reject any application for a Members Club card at its sole discretion.
Death or Glory reserves the right to, at its discretion, suspend or terminate a Members Club membership for reasons including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any engagement in or suspicion of fraudulent conduct or improper use of the card or if a member opts-out of all Death or Glory communication. If a Members Club membership is terminated, the member will not be eligible to receive any rewards or benefits thereafter.
Death or Glory reserves the right to suspend, vary, alter or amend all or any part of these Terms & Conditions, or terminate the Members Club program at any time.
